You're imagining a game based on the same time as the show. Try to think a little broader. There are multiple epic wars in the history of westeros alone. Also the game doesn't need to be from one single characters perspective. There's an old xmen game it's shit but you play as wolverine nightcrawler and colossus seperatly all doing different things leading up to the finale where they team up. They also have stat distributions that you can power them up with at the end of the level based on how you did. I think a system like this would work well for ASOIAF game. You could even do a proper GoT game this way having someone fighting in wars. Jon on the wall ranging and shit and later leading. Someone possibly dany across the narrow sea freeing slaves.
