i can only assume ME is better, because da:i was literally the worst rpg I've ever played in my life.

The one on the left looks and plays better, but still isn't worth playing.
Don't let anyone meme you into playing Origins either. It has a few good moments, but in a game as long and with an introduction/plot as fucking boring as it, it ain't worth it.

I couldn't get into inquisition; the play style seemed really off. I played Andromeda and hated most things about it except the combat. Only complaints I have about the combat was that you cannot have more than 3 abilities active and you cannot use your companion's abilities.

All in all, it sucked and wasn't worth the money but I did have fun.

In Andromeda, within the first 5 minutes the npcs talk to you like you are a 12 year old and are really condescending so DA:I's approach of kinda having green fire and rocks and emotionless npcs was better for the fraction of the time I could stomach both dreadful excuses for instalments.

DA wins simply because it's actually quite polished compared to Andromeda. They're both dumpster fires and the fact that DA won multiple GOTY awards was just disgusting.

Both stories are shit, but ME:A even fails at giving us a good reason why we go to Andromeda, so I'd give that point to DA:I
When it comes to combat ME:A is better. You could argue if it's better than ME3, since they made the combat faster, but at the same time made the cover mechanic worse and programmed retarded AI. When it comes to DA:I they made the combat worse than its predecessors.
Side content is slightly better in ME:A. Not as many tedious fetch quests and sometimes you even have different ways of solving something (even though it has no consequences at the end). The crafting system is also better, since it's not as overpowered as in DA:I and you can buy all resources unlimited.
Both started with a fuckton of bugs, but DA:I got better over time, whereas Bioware already stopped patching ME:A. See pic for some of the worst bugs still present.

I have almost 1100 hours on DA:I as of December 2015.

I got less than 200~ hours on MEA and it will probably stay that way even though I have an incomplete run that is begging to be finished.

MEA has... better combat, I think. Otherwise DA:I is better in every other regard, even though it still has it's considerable flaws.

I played Inquisition for the first time after Andromeda. If it weren't for Morrigan I'd have dropped the game completely. The combat, world, story and characters are all shit. At least Andromeda has fun gameplay
