To make parents feel like they're parenting? I don't even know. I can't think of 10 games that SHOULDN'T actually be played by young children. I played GTA at a young age and didn't become violent. It's like films too. Rating a film like Terminator 2 or Aliens as R is pointless when kids can watch it with no real problem.

Mamhunt 2 had an uncensored PC release that was rated AO. Hatred is also AO. AO rating is basically a form of soft censorship because MS/Sony/Nintendo refuse to license them and stores won't carry the game. You will only find AO releases on PC and most games that would receive the rating are typically unrated and PC digital only.

To clarify, I used to live in Utah. As most of you will know, Utah is populated by and run by Mormons.
