the tutorial is hard if you play on hard and refuse to change the difficulty

no excuses for anyone who played on normal though normal gives you ~10 hits before having to heal, hard gives you a 2 hit death, no saves on the tutorial either, hard mode is fine once you beat the prologue but i can see why people would have refunded if they didnt want to lower it to normal.

As for performance issues if you download far its works fine, not that this is an excuse for the devs not patching the game still inexcusable but it can be circumvented, just dont unlock the frame rate as it will speed up certain things because nips dont understand that tying physics to framerate is a stupid idea

A really fucking good game. Some of the extended action sequences were honestly jaw dropping for me. Solid 30-40 minute segments happening all the time of intense, creative action with very little repetition. Plus the story and themes are unique and well told for a video game. Really takes advantage of the medium to tell the story which I like a lot. Just enjoy yourself, and really take the time to play it all the way through. That's a minimum of 4-5 endings btw, you're not done after the first by a long shot

its strange some things speed up when i unlocked the frame rate and other things didnt, enemy's are faster couldnt really tell if i was faster though, cutscenes where the same speed but certain actions that happen after the cutscene would happen in the cutscene (the transitional cutscenes when in the jet)

for example theres a point where you you go from only being able to shoot forward to being like a twinstick shooter the transitional cutscene has robots surround you and then start firing when the cutscene ends, but with the framerate unlocked they would shoot at me while the cutscene was still playing, it has invincibility frames though so not impossible but if you dont react by swiping the bullets with your sword when you exit the cutscene you will insta die, this problem isnt there if you play at 60fps or bellow

I don't think it's worth being blown away by, but I enjoyed the ending sequence. It wasn't a purely happy ending, since they fully acknowledge that they could be putting the exact same events into motion again, but I liked the idea that it was worth trying for anyway. Like even though they may have "failed" their goal of rescuing humanity or killing all the machines, that didn't necessarily have to be the end for them. It was nice to imagine a possibility of them accepting something else other than killing for themselves, since they clearly feel more than they were supposed to

The game crashed a few times on me but I have a shitton of programs opened and I left the game running in windowed mode a lot when doing other things. When it gets too overloaded there's a big delay before the textures load and that's when it crashed.
It was working fine when I don't do that though. I guess I got lucky. It seems to be pretty system-dependent. For some people it crashes all the time apparently.

probably is system dependant,never crashed for me however the first 2 times i started the game up it took over 2 minutes to boot, never happened after the 2nd time loading the game up
