I wish more people knew about this game. Has anyone here ever played it? I never saw any threads about it. Great game.
It's a time travel adventure, with great inspiration from Faust and alchemy. You play as Eike Kusch, who gets stabbed in the back right as the game begins. He wakes up in a dark room, and hears a voice offering him a new chance at life, to stop his murder. You then travel through different ages, spanning from 1500 to 2001, to finally stop your murderer.
Yeah, I played it several times, many years ago.
It was pretty neat, even if the very-early-gen PS2 visuals and 90s-tier English dub can come off as a bit jarring & cheesy these days. Wouldn't mind more games like it.
it's BTW known also as "Shadow Of Memories" in some countries.
>dude I can't go down this street because of a dog lmao
This game was fucking infuriating and the ending was retarded.
I played this game with my friend when it came out and we tried to get every ending. Pretty neat game that I think would do well with an update or spiritual successor that takes what made this great and amps it up.

I remember to play this on my PSP version, good character very interesting story for time travel plot but there are so many things about story that don't make any sense like why Eike does't remember anything for past hundred year if he have eternal youth.
Also Margarete is the best girl.
