I REALLY loved Raging Blast 2
Honestly it could be my favourite dbz game of all time. I spent years playing it with my circle of psn friends. We haven't spoken in a long time, but because of Dragon Ball FighterZ we started talking again.
Piccolo's signature skill in RB2 was so cheap.

What sort of game Xenoverse 2 is? Is it a 3d fighting game or something?

RB2 perfected the tenkaichi-style gameplay imo. Had a good roster too, It's a shame it ended for ultimate tenkaichi

In BT3 it was better because you block depending on the direction the opponent was going to hit you, but in RB2 there is only one button to block (R1).

RB2 was simplified Tenkaichi but smoother and had a better system for assault chase and canceling. Blocking was better when it required multi directions.

RB2 was basically made for people who wanted BT3 combat and only cared about PvP.

It would've been better if it kept some of BT3 flying mechanics, but I'm almost positive that those were only in the game because of the engine and it not being that solid. RB2 is most likely what BT3 was supposed to be combat-wise.

Final Bout > Raging Blast 2 > Budokai 3 = Shin Budokai > Burst Limit > Tenkaichi 2 > Budokai 2
Most of the others are forgettable imo.
