Bungie could not fuck it up. Destiny 1 vanilla was such an abysmal failure in every catgegort that of course a sequel can only be something that she able to be looked at as "improved". It's still fundamentally the same thing, you're given the fewest of disjointed areas to explore but exploration is pointless when it's any better than in destiny 1. The patrols and everything else you do that's new in 2 is meaningless aside from having more things to do on the daily grind. Whoppie such variety.

Destiny 2 vanilla is the same as destiny 1 vanilla. They made a game, than sliced it to bits and expect you to pay over 100$ wether with our without the season pass so that you can play the game you should've already own.

The Taken King: Released on September 15, 2015.
Rise of Iron: Released on September 20, 2016.

The first 2 Destiny DLCs had to be rushed out due to them having to remake Destiny's story a few months before the game had to be shipped. Curse of Osiris is already said to have a new patrol zone, which is already way more than what we got in the Dark Below or House of Wolves.

But it doesn't. I know what this game is. It's designed to suck me in with the addictive gameplay and have me ignore the fact that I'm doing the same shit over and over again as I talk to cardboard characters back in the hubworld so they can give me a new mission and repeat the exact same shit over and over with only the glimpses and faint illusions of some story going on.

Load up, go to objective, shoot anything in the way. Scan a thing. Shoot more things. From either either repeat the process or just wait for it to End.

Destiny sucks as an RPG experience and pretends the shooting aspect can keep me busy so I don't feel like I've been scammed for paying 60$ for content that's inherently incomplete.

I bought the game, and it's a piece of shit.
