Sometimes I'm lazy.
Arrow keys + ctrl and shift was what I used a while back
For a while I used 8456 and 0 and enter on the numpad.
When I introduced fps into my library I drifted towards wasd and spacebar/ujkl depending on how many inputs the game needed aside from directions.
