I tried to play LA Noire on PC and it was godawful. Shit was all blurry because apparently the game runs at 30fps which means I couldn't tell what the fuck was going on with the faces.

I'll probably pick it up for PS4 when it's on sale.

My guess is R* is more interested in the Switch utilities, to see how people might use it for a R* game. I don't see why they'd care to work with Nintendo of all people outside of it.

Everyone wanted a RDR remaster. That and Demon Souls are some of the few games that warrant it.

But they remake a game that not only works nicely on PC, but has zero replay value.

As a fan of film noire, I really enjoyed LA Noire. I wish more games were dedicated to being period pieces. Games where you can walk around in a historical setting that tries to be as authentic as possible.

So many try to be "almost New York" and "almost Los Angeles," but it's so much more interesting to explore real-world places that no longer exist.

L.A. Noire is probably the closest anyone could ever get to reliving the '40s. The interactivity means a world of difference.
