I think so. The ex Inquisitor with a cool prosthetic arm would be good to see and it would actually improve the gameplay, if done well. Also the Inquisitor is the only one who can stop or redeem Solas, he's not gonna give a shit about a literal nobody coming to change his mind or stop him since he can tell them to fuck off or turn them into stone in an instant. And a new character would require Bioware to make an incredibly powerful person who can influence both Tevinter, the Qunari, and this wolf god, but they already said they won't repeat the "build your powerful army" theme of Inquisition.
