I can't think of one good song besides the sing along with Pierce. At least 4 had a great soundtrack.

It was essentially a sillier San Andreas back when GTA seemed to be heading for a more realistic direction with 4. Then they went too far with the wackiness in 3 and 4 that people just got desensitized to it.

I usually stick with Gen X until it disappears then move to The Mix till I get this sing-along. After that I'll stick with what ever station the car is on.

The marina. You can go in the back of the Freckle Bitches and go upstairs, you can actually go up stairs in few places in that whole complex. It's over a roof, in the middle building, with the arch leading to the boardwalk and pier.
Nothing real special though. Just a large room with some desks and computers and a Volition logo on the wall.

I actually felt a little bad for Shogi.
He built a very respected gang that had significant power over Stillwater, until The Boss showed up. But his dad never acknowledged any of his accomplishments.
Hell, he never even tried to take his son under his wing and teach him how to "properly" run thing, it was just disappointment this and shame that.

That's something the game did pretty well. It made all the villains, or at least the main lieutenant you deal with most of the game, at least slightly sympathetic but takes that away when it's time to kill them.
