My hope for FE Warriors was along the lines of "I hope that they spread the love evenly across the franchise instead of focusing all the attention on Awakening and Fates". And then that's exactly what they went and did. The sadness is crushing.

Fan games and spiritual successors work for me. I liked RosenkreuzStilette. I'm just not so much a fan of stuff like Gunvolt or MN9 that tries to tack on extra gimmicks that wind up centralizing the gameplay around it, like the flashfield and dashing. Legend of Dark Witch is alright, but a bit too... lop-sided. It's generally too easy if you're doing well, but dying in the wrong place can set you back extremely hard.
