The thing is that Varg ties modern civilzation to some sort of pseudo mystic bullshit.
He believes that because of interbreeding with other humans, Europeans that mixed became worse for their environments, thus they had to create civilization to protect themselves.
He believes that Europeans can survive perfectly in environment they are born in, Africans can survive perfectly in African and Asians in Asia etc. and mixing of different human types creates weaker humans that need to create civilization to force environment around them to bend to their will.
