Maybe I'm playing fast and loose here with the question, but Gaunter O'Dimm from Hearts of Stone was fantastic.

Dante's Inferno. I know he's the first boss you blow through, but he was fucking neat when you first played through it.

You know, despite all the goofiness I actually like how he is represented in Let It Die. Sure he is borderline just some virgin in a cheap Grim Reaper costume but they do show that he is actually powerful enough to easily erase a monster you think you are going to have a bad time with. In a way, you are just glad that he remained your bro after seeing that.
