1. Don't do it excessively. Don't pirate huge games every day, every week, or even every month.

There are exploits. Back in 2015 one got knowm where you use a Raspberry Pi to get own OS source code to run and then emulate a disk. Also, if you have a PS4 with FW 1.76 you can easily get Linux to run on it and from there basically use your PS4 as a computer. You can even get Steam Big Picture running on it and install any game. These just don't run very well as they are obviously not optimised for PS4. But you can install emulators on it and play... idk, Pokémon on it?
