Tekken is a massive franchise at this point, and VF's history as a gamechanger isn't enough at this point.

Besides, most Tekkenfags probably wouldn't enjoy VF as it has deeper combat mechanics that aren't as forgiving as Tekken.

Those are not hard combos. In fact that 3333 string you showed is actually launch punishable on block, 4444 is the combo youre thinking of. Katarina was made a for new players who don't have the patience to learn combos and just want to jump right in.

I can't hate this game enough.

I actually had to play it for a year as part of a job I had for Sony and seriously wanted to kill myself with how shitty the aiming is, the auto-play, the walking sections, and horrible graphics.

Most threads about it are just a circlejerk over their shitty waifus with little criticism and what criticism is there is either ignored or given a bunch of non-arguments, most of the time at least. The only problem with how it was hated early on was that people accused it of being SJW when it wasn't really, but it still deserved every bit of hatred it got because it's an awful game.

What makes you think you can just block / dodge things so easily? If you're playing online it's especially hard to block certain moves, not to mention that most of the moves in T7 have tracking so dodging is based on prediction rather than reaction.
Also death fist doesn't do that much damage normally, it's just that the paul player was in rage and it was a counterhit in the end.
