My problem with Oneyplays now is the weird contradiction in their new videos of "Hey, we're above this let's play bullshit and do it for the giggles" and "BUY OUR SHIRTS THEY'LL BE GONE SOON BUY THEM RIGHT NOW"

Yes, I get it. These channels are a business and these guys are making money. But the whole shtick was that they were almost a satire on the whole Let's Play scene that everyone was doing. Now it feels more formulaic and robotic in the way videos are presented and uploaded. It's hard to keep that suspension of disbelief that the old videos had that they weren't in it for the money but just to be goofs.

Which, I mean, who gives a fuck. It's all dumb videos for laughs that are meant to just have on in the background or for fun. Or to shitpost on /v/ about not liking Let's Plays
