You need to start her Confidant obviously.

Also, you might need to unlock her skill of making coffee for you. The back rub is unlocked for me but I can't remember if I used it before I unlocked the coffee making.

Only the Rank 10 skill is available on NG+ early
For the waifus the priority is the christmas present that lets you always rank up with them without having to spend time literally ever

it's very easy to max everyone on NG+
You do have to pick the correct choices most if not all of the time since the cakes can all turn you down even if you pick the correct romance options.
And you can date everyone with no drawbacks, in fact you get extra chocolate on Valentines if you do

You don't get the confidant's abilities until you meet them and start their social link, which takes awhile for Kawakami. You also only get 1-2 of the abilities associated with that social link. You then have to do the social link over again to get the rest.

By making use of Temperance and Fortune's ability you should be able to platinum the game in NG+ with a few days left to spare.
