I wouldn't want them to give Eggman a family, it grounds and personalizes a great character that has a lot of range in pretty much any direction, and it'd be too distracting from his industrialization and robotics and evil. It practically ruined Cortex when they made him an uncle, though turning him into a spineless queer didn't help. I do like the design though, maybe Eggman Enterprises' employees have to wear uniforms, and that's the female uniform. She could be a little mechanic, or an intern or something, as well as a superfan.
