It's a separate mod, MCM is short for "Mod Configuration Menu" and it's a very useful utility for lots of mods where you can adjust mods how you see fit in-game.

Gotta agree. Overall the overhaul is much better than the same old potato faced npcs, wonky cockeyed with that green gunk in the corner of their mouths. Though the new eyes look unnatural.

Still appreciate that everyone has a unique look now though. Ghouls actually look ghoulish and empty instead of cockeyed potatos with layers of green and purple slapped on.

I could, though the Vanilla NV / Natural Eyes has a total of 5 eye textures. Overhaul has 39. Can't be fucked to create a shitload of custom textures.

I fucking hate how modding bethesda games can be a whole day ordeal, and then you just keep finding more shit to add every other day so you never really get to play the game. It's almost been two weeks since I bought NV & F4 and I haven't progressed in either beyond the tutorial area cause I'm just troubleshooting. Haven't even started on Oblivion & Skyrim yet, I hear those are even worse to mod.
