There was only one reflector sight capable of being mounted to firearms in (the last few months) WW2, but it never saw battle let alone standard issue because it sucked and nobody wanted to use it.
Ironically IR scopes were more common and actually functional, but you won't see those in the game, because they don't fit in with the "make an identical rehash of MW" gameplay that they're going for.
