We did get EFLC in-between IV and V, but I think V's online stuff will prolong the wait more than the episodes did. Add to that that the last two times it took 2 years from announcement to release, we probably won't be seeing GTA VI until 2020 or so (on PC 2 years later).

Yeah, Vice City seems the most likely setting, but I'm thinking it will be set in the present. 80s again would be too unoriginal.

Honestly, I know we've had it twice, but I don't think anywhere but 80s would feel right with VC since that was the huge point of Miami in terms of glam and excess (and it's still both so that's kind of saying something or maybe I'm a fag and have nostalgia goggles because of movies and games, probably that one). Only other time frame I'd like to see is maybe early 90s and see the last breath of the Cocaine cowboy era.
