Hell no. It might be entertaining with friends, but that's about it. Otherwise you need to change/fix so much shit to make it not just a really fucking bad grinding simulator where you have dinos that fill one note and can't do anything else because there's so goddamn many of them.
Not to mention their AI is incredibly fucking retarded. Dinos are supposed to be smart to a degree, but these things are literally babby's first monsters.

I've spent over 2000 hours in ARK and have gotten over 2000 hours of enjoyment out of it, but a lot of people would call it a shitty game and they'd be right.

It's FAR from perfect, but there's nothing else like it.

It's best when you can get in on a newly wiped server, find a growing tribe, and contribute to the war effort in a meaningful way. If you play by yourself, you're either going to get bored out of your fucking mind or enjoy it cuz Minecraft Survival + dinos
