I'd recommend Persona 5, second game I enjoyed as most, being Bloodborne the first, but it has not a thing to do with bloodborne.

Persona 5 is a sort of social interaction RPG game based around spending parts of your days interacting with friends and people with strong minds around town, but that's mostly so you can increase certain related stats so you can invade sort of palaces and steal special things while fighting demons, and the palace runs are sort of "stealth" related, but a seriously easy stealth system, time management is the key in the game, since you decide when to start the palace, but your ability and luck defines how long you manage to stay there.

If you also like the Phanton thief japanese thing, the designs are sorta cool.

Oh, if you want something with a gameplay close to a souls game(and I mean in gameplay ONLY) there's also Let it die, and it's F2P, but shit gives you a lot of cheap deaths and the game itself has some unpolished points, but it's still quite the good time waster, and the soundtrack is pretty good.
