That said as much as I enjoyed the game I can't recall half of these locations since most of them are just buildings you'll fly past while trying to finish the main game.

Oh, man, I hadn't considered Batman Beyond in all this. I was picturing this as basically being a DLC where a group (Replacing TYGER) is luring people in with a signal, then trapping them all together in this old megaprison and arming them, in an attempt to trigger "Protocol 10" and give them access to the Wonder Tower missile system.

Yeah, I went around in both AC and AO to try and figure out what names go with what places. I found out some fun stuff in the process, like that the buildings near the overpass have names (Vickie mentions them as you take out the snipers after the chopper crash), that there are actually lots of gang barricades and checkpoints marking their territory on ground level (Some of which I think change as the game goes on and the turf war continues?), and getting to see how the city changed between the two games (The distance to the mainland in AO is just silly.)
