I remember back in highschool and my mates were screaming "look at the water, it's so detailed. Oh my god they've got water physics!"
I could never tell what the fuck they were on about, it just looked like crap.
Turns out the they were hyped about bullshots. Only friends I've not been sorry to lose over time.

From dust has insane water effects and physics for it's time, it crashes and flowes super realistically and even picks up sediment, desposits it to form deltas, and gets cloudy as it does.

game is super fucking short; basically a glorified tech demo, and the PC port has issues though

I'm playing Skyrim SE with Realistic Water Two and Nyclix's ENB (plus about 150 other mods). Water looks gorgeous.

I also remember Assassin's Creed: Black Sails as having very nice water.

Not him but HZD has water reflections like that. Objects near the surface have fairly good reflections but mountains and trees never match.
Granted, pic related and most likely that anon's picture are from the far edge of the map where there's no content, but every large body of water looks bad to some degree.
