Hating Denuvo is like hating stores for having those security alarm gate things in their stores that beep when people walk out with a stolen item.
Or hating train conductors for asking for your ticket or hating airlines for asking you to present a ticket when you board.
I mean surely the stores would make so much nore money if they just let the average person walk out with what they want, and the airlines would make tons more money if they just let anyone on without checking for a ticket.

I would love to see someone even try to argue against it with their stupid ass "you make more money if you just let people steal from you" arguments.

hope everyone see my shitpost first

Making games DRM free is like having a store with no UPC tags on the items or any cameras in the store.
>>389427752
Cuck.
>>389427996
You're either incredibly stupid or an obvious troll if the "reasons to hate Denuvo" in your mind ends at thievery reasons.
>>389428145
Or anyone manning the store to watch the goods.
>>389428145
Those aren't uncommon. Walmart isn't the only store that exist ya know.
>>389427752
DRM doesn't affect pirates anyway because they have to crack it in order to pirate their games.
Then it's worthless. Then it's just extra crapware the consumer has to install.

what the fuck is this
>>389427996
GOG seems to be doing fine.
>>389427752
Except the security alarm gates don't prevent you to access and use the product the way it's supposed to be and in any scenario. Denuvo does though

Hating Denuvo is more like hating the TSA for molesting you everytime you want to take a plane.
>>389427752
Denuvo reminds me of a story about a comic book store. The owner was annoyed at how people came into the store and would flip through a couple of comics and check out their content then not buy them. He felt he was losing sales from people not buying comics after their quick read. So he decided to have a cover charge to get into his store to make up for the lost sales of the read comics they didn't buy. Soon after he went out of business.

> those security alarm gate things in their stores that beep when people walk out with a stolen item
except after we paid for those items, they had the common sense to remove those tags so we can use it however we want.
>train conductors for asking for your ticket or hating airlines for asking you to present a ticket when you board.
except they don't turn the train/plane around, slow down, or stop the very moment they noticed some minor discrepancy like smudge on your ticket, or faded prints that's not entirely your fault. at worst, if you didn't pay, you still get to the destination, but get handed to the authorities instead.
Truly a terrible thread, but excellent bait, albeit a tad stale. I commend you none the less OP.

Literally this
>>389427752
Only neets cry about it. I honestly don't know what games have it; I probably have some with it. If the game doesn't look good enough to buy for any, why bother playing it?
>>389428646
It provides an extremely minor inconvience in that some people might bump into it, or it might falsely alarm. Just like the similarly minor inconvenience Denuvo causes in Sonic Mania.
>>389428807
If you're on without paying you will get kicked off at the next stop, and if not then you will go to jail/get fined.
>>389427752
I don't have to worry about the security company's servers going out and locking out everything I've ever bought that happend to use their security methods.
Denuvo a shit.

So yea, ill buy in another store, and that will be the end of it.
>>389427752
Denuvo shills FURIOUS after their DRM that took 2 weeks to implement got cracked in 1 week.
>one sec pirating this currency
>>389427752
Denuvo was made using pirated software.
