It's a shame. On the one hand she was one of the least offensive characters in Conquest so I want to like her and I don't really care about sex appeal in games. On the other hand she perfectly represents everything that's wrong with Fire Emblem nowadays. Having a child call her a "thot" only makes it worse.

Compare her to another motherly axe wielding mounted unit and you can see how far the series has fallen. Camilla's whole gimmick is that she's over-protective and motherly. But instead of having those traits woven into a character her entire character is just those traits plus a dragon.

Only, it plays with the concept buy making those traits the basis for this obsessive, unhealthy personality, which differentiates Camilla from other maternal FE girls by having her maternal features shown in a more negative light. Had she been in a better written game, I honestly think Camilla could have had the potential to be one of the most complex characters in the series. But she's in the worst written game in the series, and it shows.

at least after fe13 came out you'd have people use elincia instead every now and then, but now it's just titania every single time
