I've played all of them, 1 and 5 are the only good games. 4 is okay but Golden's new content drags out the game too much. 3 and 2 have shitty gameplay systems that make them unbearable to play.

The actual dungeon gameplay was the most enjoyable in them for me. You can pretty much just chalk it up to that, though P1 has excellent atmosphere going for it, and P5 is the only game featuring Social Links/Confidants where they actually feel rewarding to participate in.
