I was going to buy it twice if there was no DRM. I ended up just buying it for PS4 and pirating it for PC.

Delaying a game, let alone for a timeframe as small as two weeks, will only hurt the PC version's sales. Double dipping is a myth that is only an excuse to explain why it took so long for a game to come PC in the first place.
