People actually had some expectations for the first game, it was a launch title, designed specifically to somehow show off the PS4's power, viewed by the fans as a sort of "return to form" for Sony because it was a cartoony platformer with a brand new mascotte in the vein of Crash and Spyro... then it came out as a wet fart, mediocre all around and with a visual gimmick that actually stressed out the console instead of being bragging material

I wish devs would stop skimping out on texture filtering for console game, there's literally no reason to not have aniso 16x when it has next to no impact on performance and does wonders for making your game look better up close.

for 15 years I've been playing on PC no matter what PC I had I always used 16x because there was never any performance impact and when I started playing on consoles... it's just jarring I notice it the most on Switch but it really is a big problem I just want to see same quality of textures on ground for more than two meters in front of me

as someone who never really looked into the first game or took part in the memes, Knack II honestly looks pretty fun. I liked the new Ratchet and Clank game and it has a similar Pixar aesthetic which really appeals to me.

Some PS4 games work this way, you have the first part of the download that is small and then a second file will download after that.

The store is bugged sometimes. It's downloading the demo.
Probably has something to do with how they set-up certain games with demos since I've encountered this before.

Encountered a game ending bug already, you go into this arena to I guess fight these robot guys but they don't trigger so they just stand there and let you kill them. Killing them doesn't trigger the next event so you're just stuck here standing in the arena.
