I hate anything that costs 10x as much resources to make and is basically an insult ot pixel art. Back then games like megaman were technical marvels, this is just lazy cashing on nostalgia.
I dont mind these games getting made, but it's really lazy game design and kind of insulting to the old creators that tried to push 8 and 16 bit systems to their maximum capacity.

Although I love the devloper and think divine divinity is one of the most comfy CRPGS ever made, I thought the game was pretty dreadful.The writing alone, terrible. Engine was also pretty unoptimized, but the battle system was cool I admit. Hopefully DIV 2 will have competent writers so I dont feel like uninstalling during the first hour.
