i've used this and the pro controller. joycons suck asshole, but the pro controller is actually a really comfortable controller

With my smaller hands, I actually really love the comfort of the joycons in the grip. The smaller thumbsticks actually feel a lot more natural than the alternatives.
Only downside is the stick-thin L/R buttons.

Getting to the D-Pad can be a real pain in the ass, but playing games with my head resting on my left fist while my right hand rests in my lap is comfy as fuck.
