Sonic formula is just shit, the controls are like a cow on an ice rink, you pick up some speed and you're bound to land face first into some trap or an enemy, UNLESS you memorize the whole level, or at least some of the routes. I don't see how people can unironically enjoy it without nostalgia. I'd rather play some actually good platformers with precise movement, which should a #1 priority in a fucking PLATFORMER of all things.

Yes, I played the classics when I was a kid, I'm over 30 years old, we just didn't have much choice back then. You play what your parents buy you.
