Need some help from a COD4 modder

I'm looking for some help in adding some hud elements (text) to display the player's:
>pressed keys (WASD C Shift Space)
>current FPS used
>who is spectating you
I tried contacting many devs, server owners who have this on their servers, and posting in many communities and got exactly what I expected, NOTHING but scammers and people pretending they want to help when all they want is just to get their hands on my work and tell me to fuck off so they can change few colors and sell it (Yes, COD4 community is literal cancer and the worst I've seen)

You're my last hope, I either get some help here and get this done once and for all or I'll commit the biggest rage quit and shut down all my COD4 servers and delete the game
