As a beat-em-up yeah, it is junk.

As a customize-heavy PvP fighting game it has potential but nothing more than that yet.

>spam quick attacks that doesnt deal much damage but still better than heavy attacks since they are shit
>after 5 mins of mashing your light attack button the enemy heals
>you either cancel his heal by shockwaving through his regen or you heal yourself
>another pointless 5 mins of catching the mouse until one of you dies

Well, you see, it was shit.

The game just feels shallow and parry trivializes a huge part of it.
