Naruto Online is garbage

Is anybody playing this piece of shit game? If so, please explain to me how th fucking turn base system works.

All the turn based games I've played so far work like this:

It's my turn: I get to do stuff.
Enemy's turn: Enemies get to do stuff.

This game isn't like that I cannot fucking understand it. I can't find a tutorial that explains it either. Sometimes the enemy just gets to attack me endlessly, having like 4 or 5 turns in a row. My abilities seem to activate at random and I have no control over WHEN they activate. For example: When that emo faggot uses his lightning shit, he can cancel out the effects of other shit. So obviously I want to activate it AFTER the other shit. But since the faggot doesn't do it when I tell him to but just does it randomly whenever he pleases, I cannot come up with a strategy.

Somebody please explain this bullshit.
