NEW DISCWORLD GAMES WHEN
>>389354146
What kind of games would you expect, seriously? Discworld is all about narrative. Another point n' click adventure game would be fine, but they are way past their prime. RPG would be a bad idea. MMO would be a bad idea.

night watch game

Disregard games, I'd rather have more movies instead.
>new Discworld movie is made every 4 - 5 years
>it will take ~200 years to make all of them
>you will never watch the whole Discworld marathon in your life

Well Ayylmao Cuminersnatch is gonna play Aziraphale in the Good Omens miniseries, and apparently the "The Watch" BBC series is still in production.
Let's see how badly they fuck it up.
This was the best miscast in this fucking timeline. I wish they made moar with him.

Discworld Noir was based. Make an LA Noir style comedy game with Lewton.

Assassins Creed but with the Assassins Guild.

Just look at this, a noir style detective game with some brawling and the like would be great.
Some kinda puzzle game or series of mini games featuring the wizards at unseen university

>mfw I look up the writer for this game and he turns out to be the first person in the world to get his philosophy PHD in the aesthetics of play.

New Discworld books when
Oh, right...
>>389362351
New Discworld books written by Rhianna :^)
>>389362458
She's already said she's not going to write them, so we're safe from that horror. And since Pratchetts old hard drives were just run over by a steam roller we don't have to worry about anyone pulling a Brian Herbert.
>>389362685
Neil Gaimen could do it.
>>389362736
He's not that starved for money.
>>389362803
He might enjoy doing it. He worked on Discworld before.
>>389363064
Since he worked with Pratchett he'd probably want to leave it alone since Terry had his works unfinished works destroyed after his death and even his daughter doesn't want to write them. Sure he could write them, I'd assume there would be some level of respect for the originals there that he wouldn't want to shit on.

Finishing someone elses unfinished work isn't quite the same as just writing a book set on the disc.
