If the source material was japanese with characters created with japanese voice actors in mind than it can't be better you fucking cuck because it lacks the original vision the game had.
Dub was bad but the fact that the very last part was voiced compared to the japanese audio was cool I guess. But it was still so fucking bad that it wasn't present at all in the europe versions.
This is why MGR, Bayonnetta and W101 are so good with english voice acting because guess what, they were made with ENG VAs in mind, and were directly directed by the people making the game.

Aside from stuff like Bayonetta and MGS where the english VAs are the primary ones, the only japanese games with good english dubs are Xenoblade and Kingdom Hearts
