There's an okay chunk of singleplayer stuff. I got most of my enjoyment from the map design, the art style and learning new moves from npcs.

I like my deck, starts with a charged haymaker, into left Dodge hit into right Dodge hit. Pretty much a guaranteed good way to start. If I ever get stunlocked I just block untill I recognize a moveset I can punch into

No meta to speak of, obviously there are some moves that are better than others but mostly all the attacks are interruptible or defensible.
Copying other peoples decks is stupid since they may have built their deck around their play-style.
Go with what you like, just understand that most non brain-dead players will start to pick up on your power hits and charged haymakers after 1 or 2 times seeing it, feint or no.

Spamming attacks is a great way you get your shit pushed in when you are out of stamina.

Picking up on it doesn't mean you can do anything about it if you fail your attack and they do it as a counter from a dodge/dash.

There is also the stamina drain spell.
