I haven't found any. Skyrim's bow fighting is pretty decent though. Now i have ordinator which adds a ton of gameplay skills that are actually mandatory plus ultimate combat which already has locational damage, maybe you want something like that.

It's all about what you want to include in it, but also take great care in not picking mods that bloat or are just in general very poor. Also don't use "Bellas" and/or "CBBE".

STEPS is quite good modlist for basegame enhancement. Just dont install stupid shit they recommend like a fucking clock for loadscreens that wastes a plugin slot and other shit. Then go to Tesgeneral.com and pick what you want from there. Learn to merge mods to free space.
