Makoto, hes likeable.

Granted it took me a while to actually like him as a character, I spent the first 5 hours wanting to cut that emo hairstyle.

But eventually I got passed that and liked the guy.

Persona 4 main character annoys me to no end, the haircut and the way everyone loves him the moment he steps off the train is annoying and unrealistic.
I understand they were trying to make Otakus and weebs feel loved by a bunch of randoms but to me a bloke who isn't loved, nor hated by the world I just found him and everyone kissing his ass annoying.

Yeah I've seen the FES edition on the ps3, but I don't turn it on as much anymore.
Was kinda hoping for a ps4 version with trophies.

I have the Portable one, played it through a few years ago, but I don't care for the lack of movement around the maps.

I liked him because he seemed stoic without being "emotionless" like most "stoic" anime characters end up being.

Playing the game he always just seemed like the guy who has a great poker face running 24/7, while also appearing friendly enough that people were willing to talk to him and let him get away with not talking much. A lot of his social links involve helping the people around him as well, and being a support for them in times when they need it.

I never really got the "emo" thing people go on about.
