I can do hard mode, KMS, used to do event 51 with no god hand or roulettes daily for fun but HM KMS is beyond my ability

Actually I'm pretty decent with Godhand, literally the only game that is hard but fair and there's practically nothing that will utterly fuck you over if you learn how to play.

i did the playthrough on normal and had a blast, also did plenty of the optional challenges.

I don't own a PS2.

Pro tip for crowd control: only visible enemies can attack you. Enemies behind you will try to circle to your front. If you actually see an enemy it won't hit you. Barring it hasn't started an attack before it left your view.
