play the second game, also don't think to hard about it, the game focuses on the gravity mechanic first and story second. Although I am extremely pleased with the story of both games

GR 2 is a huge fucking disappointment it does not answer any questions except Kat's origins and contradicts the first game. The entire first arc is boring and unnecessary and the game has some of the worst side quests I have ever seen.

I love how the Raven dlc answered fucking nothing about the main events like I was expecting it to. Not only that but it introduced more unknown elements like the "gods" of light and darkness who have no backstory really yet seem awfully important if they do govern such elements.
