I played the first two when I was 12 or 13. It was great but looking back it's still a subpar Splinter cell. I guess with the recent shit quality of stealth game it could be a good thing.

Syphon Filter is nothing like Splinter Cell. Syphon Filter is primarily about third-person shooting, with some stealth bits thrown in there. Splinter Cell is mainly about stealth.
