Actually, just the first one runs better at PS3, because the PC version is a port of the X360 version, that is a port of the PS3 version that had some stuff taken out because they couldn't just put a game made to run in a specific console on another, don't matter if the x360 was slightly stronger.

XIII-2 and Lightning Returns were made with the x360 on mind too, so they run just as good on both. Also, altought the first one have slightly worse textures on PC, it can run past the 720p resolution with a mod, and have better shadows.

Cool, a PS3 thread, I could really use some help.
So, I was at a convention this weekend, bought a PS3 60 gb at the con. Here's the problem, the console came with a crappy 360 styled controller that glows a bright red when used, I hated it. Anyways, so I bought a regular PS3 controller they had. Plugged it into the PS3, hit the PS button on the front, but it never syncs with the console, I just get the red flashing lights. I hit the reset button on the controller, that didn't fix it. Booted the PS3 into safe mode where it says "connect controller with USB cable" did that. Still got the red flashing lights, but no sync. What do I do? The crappy 3rd party controller works, but not this one.

Why so many MGS4 apologists lately? There's nothing fun about trailing a Resistance member for forty five minutes, then to go on an on rails section when the previous chapter ended on one which is then followed by a bullet sponge boss that plays like a generic third person shooter boss. The inclusion of Drebin also trivializes any sense of resource management that was at least somewhat relevant in the past games making them easier than needed.

This isn't even going into the fan fiction tier story that pretty much invalidates most of what the past games established and set up and before you deflect to some other game I'll just keep in mind we're talking about MGS4 here. Anyone who recommends MGS4 is someone who should not be taken seriously.

If you played it back when it was released you'd understand. The quality of presentation was outstanding, the controls were tight, the plot was a fun Indiana Jones journey. It's easily the best game of the franchise and a 9/10 action adventure game (since 10/10 doesn't exist right?). The PS3 release of Time Crisis 4, the original release, had an awful campaign (but also included a version of the arcade mode that was kind of fucked) and required the use of the awful Guncon 3. It’s bad, do not recommend.

This release contains the actual arcade version of Time Crisis 4 (as well as Razing Storm and Deadstorm Pirates), nearly perfect arcade ports. As a game, I argue Time Crisis 4 is definitely an amazing rail shooter.

The 3 great arcade ports are all that is is important. There is also a campaign mode for Razing Storm which is bad, and even Call of Duty style multiplayer. Just ignore that garbage and play the 3 good arcade games. Game is $10 now.

Don't fall for this one, I bought this shitty game and from the outside it looks like it should be amazing but it isn't; you'll eventually wind up looking for guides as to the precise way each level should be beaten or grinding you ass off. The tank is useless and draws fire like a fucking moving target, there's no skirmish or MP which would be perfect, you're basically forced to bringing along shitty and forgettable main characters because they give you extra movement points.
