I still don't understand why.
Personally< I don't see enough reason to go after switch.
It has like 2-3 nice games and that's it.
No 3d party support.
Maybe it is japanese people who have different view on things and think that it is justified to purchase console for 1 game, but I am not sure.
If you look at the old days of PS2 then you would see it had great lineup of Good quality games. And with Switch I just don't see it.

Sorry to break your nuts guy, but Japan is LITERALLY, irrelevant when it comes to console sales. The 360 sold over 80% of its total life time sales in the US of A (God Bless) alone, and it completely bombed in Japan along with Europe. This is a well known fact, that no one outside the US of A, wanted the 360.

Now that the 360, Wii and PS3 are last gen, we can all safely say that PS3 > 360 > Wii when it came to their life time sales, since the Wii was dropped early, and was already selling badly after 4 years. Basically, the 360 out sold the Wii despite the Wii having a huge start out the gate. The truth of the matter is, If you don't win AMERICA (praise Jesus), then you lose, End Of Story.
