these games are absolute trash

I liked the first game. I found the others boring though. Not sure why to be honest.

I found that there were far too many fights, almost as if naughty were worried the plaftorming wouldn't be enough to keep the players' interest. I remember several moments where I would win a large fight agaisnt a ocuple of waves of enemies, then proceed to immediately walk into another room full of waist high cover.

At the same time though, the descendants were way cooler than the guardians in the second game.

Nah they're not trash, just in an unfortunate position in vidya history. They're all nearly identical games, so the first one you play will be fun and enjoyable but any one you play after that will be boring. They're also the product of a past age. I know it might be hard to believe for underage nu-/v/ but 10 years ago when the first one came out, the cinematic shit was actually cool, new, and somewhat refreshing. Then every major AAA video game for the last 10 years followed the cinematic shit and now it's the most boring outdated form of game design out there.

They seem like trash now but playing the first level of Uncharted 2 right when it came out was a mindblowing experience, even if it turned out to just be a novelty.

it's fascinating how a human being can derive some kind of pleasure from speaking negatively about something that doesn't affect him in a bad way and is appreciated by millions
