Zelda Breath Of The Wild is a 80 hour game. But people say it's empty. Most Zelda games are 40 hours. So you get double the gameplay in one game and complain

2. If you haven't played it. Get it done by hour 80-85 and you will have an amazing experience

botw is not just an 80 hour game.
If you need 80 hours for the main story, then you're just plain bad.
If you need 80 hours for 100%, then kudos to you, you deserve a badge for that, but it's by no means an 80 hour game.

And even if, you don't get double the gameplay, you just get double the gametime, which is not really the same. you have 4 easy-as-fuck-dungeons and one mediocre-easy final boss. For 80 hours, that's not much.
The shrine search to get everything was just annoying after a while, especially since you have to manually search up every single shrine on your map to see if you have the chest or not, when you don't open them on your first visit.
Don't get me started on the korok seeds.

The overworld itself is... pretty, yeah. I loved the visuals of the game.
but still, you have 7 villages if I recall correctly, and almost nothing inbetween. A few trees here, some rocks there, and some enemies are scattered around.
That's it.
The kick at the first playthrough is discovering everything and every single last point, but after that it's just plain boring.

The Summer DLC got me working for about 30 minutes, before I got everything, and the gear isn't even that good for everything after the early-to-mid-game.
I hope the winter DLC can live up to it's expectations.

Don't get me wrong, tho. I loved the game from the minute I started it to the moment I saw the credits. The story was amazing, the visuals were cool (except the few lags in crowded area) and overall it's a really good game imo.
But facts are that it actually is kinda empty.
And overrated too

Not everything open-world is just "muh skyrim rip-off". Jesus, literally the only thing that's skyrim-related in this game is how you are kinda free to explore the world to your liking and the quest-system. Shit that existed even before you were born, I guess based your writing style.
