I think it's really profound and creative though I hear it wasn't the first of its kind in concept. Can anyone confirm/deny?

It was fucking stupid.

I honestly enjoyed my time with it. I liked the acting, the "gameplay" with the weird arbitrary bad program that has everything subtitled but can only list the first five entries of any search query and the atmosphere. It had me properly spooked. Pretty original idea, too. Haven't heard of any other game quite like this. A shame a lot of /v/ missed out on it because "muh sjw!"

I "played" that thing thinking it was a horror game and I was in tension all the time, expecting some jumpscare to happen.
I also got scared when I saw the reflection of the protagonist on the tv screen.
But ignoring my huge autism for a moment, I say I appreciated the original way they used to build the story and using real life videos for a videogame. It's a cool experiment but as a Videogame isn't that great, the gameplay is very barebones.

It was really neat, but managed to accidentally break it pretty quickly and discover the main "twist" in about 15 minutes or so, at which point a lot of the mystery was gone. I never bothered to unlock all the videos just because pretty soon I actually got all of the ones that really move the mystery forward and the rest started feeling life filler. I guess that is an inherent danger of the structure of the game. Still pretty damn cute.
